Sounds about right. The US government should reimburse these people per square meter of US soil.
if they renounce u.s. citizenship to qualify they should then be deported back to their ancestral lands ( mongolia )..after all..they stopped in south dakota at some point from somewhere else..just like the europeans who became americans..or maybe they should be deported back to mother africa where it is believed most humans started from..yeah..back to kenya
