Since you convinced the administration here to limit reporting your abuse, I've hit my limit for the day. You leave me no choice but to leave feedback about your harrassment abuse.

There might be a benefit to this limiting of alerts, if that yields a cleaner set of data that's easier for the site admin to parse for patterns of abuse, as well as driving some people to contact admin (which takes more effort than clicking the alert button, and therefore must carry more weight, especially when backed up with screenshots or links to pages containing abusive exchanges).

In the corporate and academic worlds, continued harassment after repeated requests to stop it usually do end up being addressed by HR or the administration.
