Seems strange to me that the general forum posters talk so much about GB, threads and threads. The mods forced him out for what ever reason (it is not our business) but if you all miss him so much why not petition the site to let him back in and post.
GB was intense in his views, lonely and franking would leave 90% of this site interllect back in kindergarten. I may not agree with him, I may not have understood him, I may not have read his posts (especially the long ones) but he contributed very well and is obviously missed.
It is also very improper to speak about him without giving him the right of reply, remember he is still a member on this site and can read what ever you say.
Why not give a trial, you mods. It just might work.
