True, We just do the best we can and learn as we go. A book doesn't come with the child, not saying there isn't enough books out there. Every child is different and the same rules just don't work for all Children, in my humble opinion.

Well the “best/ most expensive one” I found in our wine cellar is a Domaine Leroy d’Auvernay Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2013, a “youngish number” but with a mature taste.👍
