Ethanol is not an oxidizing agent. I suppose it's easy for the organisms to adapt to it.

I've found CONCLUSIVELY that having it in the "over" position means it sometimes rolls in underneath when in a hurry, which never happens in the "under" position.

Scientific Fact.

"Under" is for cat owners, because normal cats (not the strange but cuddly gentle kitties we have now in our apartment) will get addicted to unrolling it otherwise.
