I could be waaaaaaaaaaaaay wrong here, but my guess is that the point of banning him is the same as the point of banning any other user who violates the TOS.

I'm still waiting for someone with some courage to step forward and tell me since I don't know. But , you , know, I'm just like all the rest of those people in prison who swear they never did anything. I probably did something really really bad and just don't want to take responsibility for it.
