They have already stopped selling it for OEM preinstalls.
But an interesting little loophole in the licence allows people to upgrade
their newly bought Vista computers to XP if they so wish. I find it interesting
that a surprising amount of companies world-wide choose to do so.

I also believe that this is the reason MS decided to extend support on XP.
