Kings Indian Defence...opponent (with the black pieces) seemed to go out of book at move 5...and it lead to this surprise result on move 11.

Smothered mate in 8 moves. People always fall for this in blitz.

Here's a fritz attack mate 🙂 only after white has castled.

7... qxd6 is a deliberate mistake, sacrificing the rook so the
knight can't defend the king.

9...Bc8-h3!? i think white can take it, threatens Nf3+, Kh1, Nh4+

10... f3, Nxf3+, I think mate is forced from now on 🙂 🙂

its ok - ill let this one pass 😉

another good game to show what not to do early in the game.

i was surprised to see that white was rated 1679 - i tend to expect >1500 players to be too good to allow such quick mates.

there is hope for us all if players of this calibre can lose in 20 moves too 😀

One of my shortest games ever, and against a 1500+ player, he was obviously moving fast or something.
