Fischer doesn't sound like an indian name (i'm talking red skin, the free people of the plains),who are the only true americans. The white americans are europeans that went astray 😛

There are plenty of AMERICANS with japanese last names. Many of them born and raised in the U.S.A. There have been AMERICAN-BORN japanese in america for more than a century -- most of them with "japanese" last names.

Would you like me to list a few?
I think the personal attack is warranted due to you obvious misunderstanding of the american culture. Have you been to a "Big City" anytime in the last 3 decades? I guarantee that you have passed by plenty of AMERICANS that didn't have "English" first names.

Thats why they call America the Melting Pot.Chinese for example have been here since the 1800s,Many generations have passed since then.Indeed we could have a champion named Bruce Lee. Indeed that's what gives us the Ability to fathom understanding the multiculural reality. While nazism is on the rise in certain parts of Europe Say what you please but investigate before speaking blatant untruth.

Hikaru Nakamura is not a English name. It seems more like it is Japanese. If he came from japan it is not the same thing as Fischer. Fischer is a real American. If it is the same to you then I guess that Bruce Lee is not Chinese.
Bruce Lee was from Hong Kong right? Wasn't that British at the time?
Anyway, he became an American by choice. This makes him more of an American than Fischer who gave up his citizenship.

everywhere i have been around the world i have seen people stretching their legs and wandering.
for example; where i live now, melbourne australia, we seem to have large poulations of all ethnic groups i can think of ... except australian aborigines!
when i went to school in the netherlands (europe 😉 ) many of my class mates where from africa.
this is not at all unusual.
india and indonesia also seemed to follow this theme.
i believe multiculturalism is not unusual ... i believe it to be the norm.

why is this a puzzle?
why should americans be at the top of chess?
He only gave up when Condoleeza Rice told him to put the cornflakes back in the box
