Another example about greed as one of the mortal sins. After greedy 17.Nxc7? (instead of simple 17.h3! with probably decisive advantage) and 18.Nxa8? black makes decisive attack to white king.

When I play 1.d4 in blitz games I go for 1.d4 d5 2.h3 c5 3.e4.

Pity about Kasparov's famous statement that 1.d4 then 2.Nf3
is the answer to all gambits. You hardly get a chance to pay 2...e5
these days.

Why on fifth last move, the pawn was captured by pawn although it was not a legal capture? Juat navigate the game to last sixth position and watch. I think it is aq serious code error on RHP as I have also experienced this in my one of the games.

It's called en passant. And yes, it's legal.
