Qe6 seems to defend all critical squares (f7, e8, g6). Black has still the option to check white with Queen (or Bishop) and can still sacrifice the Queen if necessary. Qe3+ is for nothing as far as I can see, as it doesn't solve the problems.
Seriously this time I do think black should consider resignation. It looks as if just about any white move should win. Black can delay things with an annoying B check but white doesn't even need to capture it. White would need to play some crazy illogical move even to give black a chance now.
Raf1 looks the safest, logical and most solid continuation so I must go with that for white.

I spent a few minutes looking for moves that lose for white.
Re1 jumps outs.
Sorry even that is not mate as after Rf1 the black Q is en prise again and white might yet salvage something even after such a bad move.

It also seemed to me that most waiting moves didn't hurt white all that much either.
It seems that I am the only one left who hasn't surrendered black. Not that I like black position, but I still think that it is not that easy for white. Black will likely play Bg7 in the next move, and with that he slowly starts to develop, still retains his Queen as his major defending piece, and for potential sacrifices.
Please give me the winning lines for white if you know them.
