Little choice, but 3. ... d6

d6, but hoping for f6 as that would be fun beyond measure.

I'm still pressing for c4, so for me, 4. c4

I also prefer 4. c4 in this position.

4. Nf3 and if 4. ..Nc6 5. c4 Nb6 6. e6! but thats a long way still.

I would definitely play c4 here; put pressure on the knight. Nf3 is the other viable option.

4. c4.

I like Nf3 but I'm 0-2 so don't put any money on me!!!
