I seem to have thoroughly lost this one, so I'll cover myself and say that I'm only putting this out there for consideration, but what's wrong with Qh5?

Edit: Ignore me... This is just not my thread 😳

Assuming you are talking about 6.Qd5 Qh5 7.g3 Nxg3 8.Qxf7+ Kd8, then 9.Nf3 wins the knight (or more), for instance :
- Qg4 (best try) 10.fxe4 (covers the knight) Qe4+ 11.Kd1!
- Qf6 10.hxg3
- Qh5 or Qh3 10.Qxg7

Qh5 isn't an option for black? Tragically, I mean 6. Qh5 thinking the mate threat would still win the knight in the end, but as 6. ... 0-0 is an answer. Clearly I'm not thinking right today. Must be a good day to play me!

Right! A chance to redeem myself, 6. ... Kxf7 7. Qd5 Kf8 8. Qxe4 (then since the e5 pawn can't seem to be defended) d5 9. Qxe5 Nc6 10. Move the queen, then black can bring the bishop out and crack on with development... But I'd still rather be white.

At last!
Qd5+ is clearly (imo, may have missed something) the best move in this position.

Qxe5+ forces an exchange of queens with a better position for White.

Remember that white is a piece down, so I think it's better to recapture it, hence Qxe4. The pawn can be captured later.
