Sure to every experienced chessplayer this seems like idiocy, but if it is the way he thinks about it, let him be. It's not like he's trying to force you to stop ...[text shortened]... use the rule in advance of the game, if see no problem if you both choose to disregard it.
In which case, why does he continue to repeat the position when he doesn't need to!

i've had a look at this game and what is clear is that after move 20 you were obviously lost and persisted in dragging the game out and exploiting a loophole. After your queen was lost you got even more unsporty and tried to obtain infinite checks with your Rooks that were designed to carry on the game forever. You should be ashamed of yourslef. This was very unfair as a true sportsman would play a deliberately inferior move.
LOL 😀

I see lightfallscup has`nt posted on this thread for a while i think he`s conceded that he is completley wrong about HIS version of how chess should be played, regarding perpetual check, and this thread is now CLOSED hopefully.

That's a very optimistic view. I think he has stopped posting, but keeps mumbling to himself: "Bunch of unethical losers, all of them. Nobody is listening to me. I told them I know it's legal. But it's unethical, UNETHICAL!!! I am the only true chess enthusiast. Kasparov isn't a true chess enthusiast, he is UNETHICAL! Bunch of unethical losers."

any thoughts?
I dunno what you have been taking but chess is not one of those games where you lie down and let your opponent "walk over" you. If there is a chance of perpetual check your opponent can take this. Did you know about the 50 move rule?

"if you play more than 50 concurrent games, your rating is riding a rollercoaster." 🙂
