I agree. Great thread ark. I enjoyed looking at all the games even though I came across it too late to enter any from myself.

I've posted this game here before and also in the Valkyrie Storm forum... so quite frankly I'm tired of looking at it, but enjoy.

Btw. this position has occurred many times before. In the game Velimirovic - Bronstein 1970, black played 15. ... fxe6 and won. The move 15. ... Qxc3 has had variable results (win, loss, draw).

To Mephisto: Are you sure about that? After 16.Nxg7+ Kf8 it seems like White should draw /Black is a piece ahead by that point/ with 17.Ne6+ Ke8! (17...fxe?? 18.Qf4+ and 19.bxc + - ) 18.Ng7+ Kf8 and draw by three-fold repetition.
