I DID showed him with a message with the exact moves but whatever...Maybe my english is bad but i think this thread is out of my hands. The result of the game is not the reason why i posted this thread in the first place.
Become a subscriber, then you can play loads of games without having to worry about people not moving, or not accepting losses or draws. A few bucks will do the trick, and you might even become a better chessplayer.
Originally posted by Zaibo9That's a problem for me yes and i don't care about a few bucks it is just more complicated to subscribe from Greece and i don't really trust the net.

Originally posted by EmiliosNot necessarily. You may one day find yourself drawn to a chess book or some puzzles online. In the meantime you could always ask your opps if they'd mind going over the game in a few messages after its over. There are many roads to improvement and "never" and "always" are a little too absolute.
I guess that's why i will never be a 2000 player...I never read chess books ๐ I don't know any opening names and i have never played with someone better than me face to face to point out my mistakes.I learned everything bymyself so i will always be stuck at 1400-1500

I've been playing a game with a 1816 dude for a week now and he is not accepting an obvious draw just because his rating is higher. We are just moving our kings around for no reason. How pathetic is that?I offered a draw 3 times and he won't accept. What is it with you people above 1800 and you think less of us?You really think you are smarter just because you care more about chess than we do?

You never know admin may interfere and force the draw for you!! ๐
i haven't looked in the game in progress yet, but it sounds simple.
this reminds me of a game i had against a higher rater oponent in which I was in a R and K v K end game. He then messaged me, saying that it should be an easy win, but he then stated that due to my (at the time) very low rating, combined with my "poor play" (i found it funny with my poor play i was still ahead..what does that say about him?) that he didn't believe that I knew how to win, and would make me play it out...2 months later i finished the idiot and declined the rematch.
Originally posted by exigentskyNot at all... and I didn't take the comment personally; I was merely bringing out into the open that the reply in question merely deflected the true point of my statement, namely: chess without time controls is a nonsense.
Is it so hard to take a comment as just that and not some sort of attack against you?
Originally posted by c guy1Do you know how many times my opponent used the timebank as a threat? That's why i only play 1 day games now.I remember 1 time a guy told me that he would make me play the game for 6 months if i don't accept his draw. The moron haven't seen that there was no timebank... ๐ he resigned when i told him.

You've now answered your own question.
Use time as a weapon.... not a threat.
Originally posted by EmiliosI think your biggest problem is being a non-subscriber. You are limited to 6 games, so games that are stalled reduce your opportunity to play.

Subscribers would just start a few more games, and move on.
The RHP subscription is really worth it.
