@kellyjay saidYou think that deliberately keeping billions of people alive in order to burn them for eternity is “righteous and just”?
The righteous thing to do as God sees fit, no matter what I say or think about that, He will be righteous and just. He is righteous and just so will not act in any way less than that.

@divegeester saidThat is a profound question that requires more time than I have right now.
Did you “choose” to be saved by Jesus then?

LOL, what a coward you are kellyjay.
throwing out insults?
I said it is a profound question because it is; our relationship with God is very
complex; the question you asked if you dissect it, has very strong implications
not easily dismissed.
If we decide to follow the Lord, two strongly held views seem to oppose one
another, God's sovereignty and mankind's free will. If God's will is sovereign, do
we have a choice? If we have a choice, is God's will sovereign?
What you said earlier with the scriptures you quoted suggests we have nothing
to offer, it was decided for us, because God knew us beforehand, taking away
all responsibility from man for sinning or even giving our lives over to the Lord
God accepts us all no matter what? Is that what you meant to suggest or did I
get it wrong?
Without diving deep into what I just said, yes, I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ
as my Lord and Savior over 40 years ago now.
@kellyjay saidI shared a summary of my beliefs the other day and you called it laughable, pathetic, duplicitous, and cowardly.
Would you have anything to say if you stopped calling people names and
throwing out insults?
I have never said anything even remotely like this to you about your beliefs.
