FMF, there is a long thread here which consists mostly of sayings of Eastern Religion and not much else. It was started and faithfully attended to by rookie54.
Have I EVER seen you make a comment over there on . . . that the thread starter should go start a blog if they don't want to discuss?
You've suggested me go blog many times. How is it that thread . . . escapes your equivalent suggestion to rookie54 for these years?
@sonship saidYou have a particular ideology to propagate but your interpersonal wheels frequently fall off - emotionally and intellectually speaking - because you are unable to process dissent and discuss things with integrity. None of this applies to rookie64.

I suggest a blog might be a better bet for you and the propagation of your ideology. Then you could use this message board for genuine and honest engagement with people whose beliefs you do not share.
@FMF
Maybe that is why some people don't want to discuss too much with you.
You like to react like they have no idea of what they are saying.
Phrases like "What are you on about ?" are designed to make those talking to you think of their comments as so completely out in left field, like we haven't realized what your words convey.
Before you talked about my behavior as being so very poor - integrity issues etc.
And I said and say again, if my behavior is so egregious, make a complaint and have me disciplined.
@sonship saidI use phrases like "What are you on about ?" when I think you are making stuff up, resorting to a strawman, or when you use a non-sequitur for the purposes of evasion.

I don't think that is the reason for the inconsistency.
I think the authority of God you count non-benigh.
A thousand koans and poems of mysticism don't bother you.
The judgment of God arouses fierce rationalization and argument here.

I don't usually consult atheists to coach and tutor me on where and how to talk to people about the gospel. Play the "ineffective Christian" card all you want.
I'm here.
I'm writing.
I have some more to write.
Sorry.
@fmf saidSo you agree.
Why would they?
I thought you would.
No need to rail about "depraved" Zen masters compared to a Righteous Judge from whose infallible judgment one cannot escape and which has eternal consequences.
@FMF
I did not visit your example yet.
But I never claimed perfection.
So it would not be a shock to me whatever it is.
Do you stop playing chess because your scores are not in the 2500 range yet?
@sonship saidThere is no "inconsistency".
