What you are taking up with me needs to be taken up with sonship because I obviously don't think atheists are "burning with anger" at sonship's God ~ it's sonship who thinks that. You seem to be too much of a coward to tackle him on it.
If you don't want to take it up with me I don't blame you.

If you don't want to take it up with sonship I don't blame you.

But suggesting I'm a coward, well, that's just inflammatory silliness.

It's just par for the course debate and discussion stuff on a debate and discussion forum.
Then what are you whining about?

Then take it up with the one that made the assertion.

But it seems you've "taken it up" with the whole community by starting a thread about it, and then when I respond to your OP you back away from the discussion, seemingly as a coward, compounded by your accusation that I am a coward for not taking it up with sonship.

That's just a silly position you've assumed because, frankly, it is my prerogative who I "take it up" with.

What is the purpose of this prattle?
Who knows. Maybe we're resolving issues.

You don't seem to have the courage to express your disagreement with sonship directly to him. You instead use me as a proxy.
Not at all. That's just your unsubstantiated perspective.

The ridiculous assertion that atheists have a "burning anger" towards God is sonship's position and not mine.

It is surely you who has been whining. Your first words to me in reply to me pushing back at the ridiculous projection of anger onto non-believers was this: "Clearly that's an insult directed at believers in Jesus Christ, no?". If that isn't feeble whining, nothing is

Yeah, keep telling yourself that.

Getting a dig in is the heart of parody.

It's often too much like looking into a mirror, though.

SecondSon conceded that he doesn't have the smarts to teach his religion to people. He talked about driving members of the congregation around and something about chasing off allegedly wrongheaded people claiming to be followers of Jesus.
It's all true. It's right there in the file you two have compiled on him, I'm sure.

There is no "file". I just have a sharp memory.
