I notice you like using the word hypocrisy. There are two meanings for that word:
1. Those who claim to do one thing but dont actually do it ie they lie.
2. Those to preach one thing and do another.
You have to be using the word in the sense of #2 since Rwingett already said that he does not actually live in such an environment. Now if you are totally ...[text shortened]... [/i]
Simply if you can both DO AND TEACH then you are great in Gods Kingdom. But not all can.
So you are wrong I was referring to YOUR #1 definition as to him.
I would never accuse anyone of however you defined #2
If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. (1 John 1:10 KJV)

I would say that he fits #2 to a tee

Dodge, deflect and attack when you are found to be wrong.

This is what you wrote back to me after I asked you if you live communally and do not abuse mother earths resources , or technology or money and such. You playing the 'we are all sinners' was your attempt to rationalize why you don't practice what you constantly preach on this and many other threads. I merely called you out on this. Like I stated before , you are no better than any other person who preaches these things but does not follow them. A hypocrite. Do as I say not as I do.

2. Those to preach one thing and do another.
Websters #2 is according to you:
2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings
Those two are basically the same thing.
To say one thing and do another [ME]
is the same as
To act in contradiction of ones stated beliefs. [WEBSTER]
Then you say I would never accuse anyone of however you defined #2 and proceed to say that Rwingett is guilty of #2.
I think you are confused.

What you failed to see was that he did not admit this 'until' after I asked him. If I had not asked he would of not shared this information. Leading everyone to believe that he lives the way he tells everyone else they should live. It's called being a hypocrite. He states this in his opening paragraph and then says in his second paragraph that this is not the point of his thread. If that were true he would of started the thread with the main content of his second paragraph.

The reason why you are a HOPELESS sinner, brother boonon, is that you do not even recognize that your direction needs changing. You WANT to keep yourself chained to Mammon.
Originally posted by rwingettYou are so lost. Jesus does not just provide the motivation, he has already defeated Satan's hold on Christians. They now need to confess or agree with what he has already done.
Jesus provides the motivation (or faith) for you to successfully break that chain yourself (which is works). Some would argue that the former is not necessary, but within a Christian context, they are both necessary. The only chain that Satan hold on you is your self-imposed devotion to Mammon. It is not Satan who binds you thus, but you, yourself, who main ...[text shortened]... of them. You want to keep playing the victim by abnegating your responsibility in breaking them.
One of his tricks is to send false teachers to say they need faith in him and....always something else.
The works that I do are not to save myself or earn salvation, that has already been accomplished. The works that I do are out of love.

Yes I am a hopeless sinner, but I am not hopeless. My hope remains with The Lord Jesus Christ and his un wavering love for me.
