So, if Jehovah puts His foot on the pedal, speeds it up, there is no limit to how many may respond and become His people.

You and your organisation believe that only members of the Jehovah's Witnesses organization can survive "the end times" and gain "everlasting life". So, what are the prospects of my neighbours - I live in a neighbourhood on the outskirts of a medium sized Indonesian city - surviving "the end times" and gaining "everlasting life"? Has your God figure communicated with them regarding the Jehovah's Witnesses organization and let them know that only its members can be "saved" by Him?

If He "speeds it up"? Why would your God figure go slow, or fast - or slower, or faster - at different points in time? What would be the point of that?

He has set the time of the end but he wants to snatch as many as possible out of destruction's path.

He knows what day He is going to end it but He is speeding up the witnessing work in order to get the best result possible.

So the reason - in your view - that it's only 8-9 million who will be saved at this moment in time is because your God figure has been going slow, deliberately, have I understood you right?
