You're floundering now into absurdity.
You described a situation of psychological abuse. 'You' did that. No one else, you. - You then linked to a site that provided additional evidence of cultist abuse.
If you truly escaped such a situation without trauma then i'm pleased for you. Although your own words seem to suggest otherwise:
"It's one thing to get out of a cult but it is another thing to get the cult out of you."

Is this not just low grade sophistry?

I have already discussed this in detail. Or have you forgotten? By the way I found out about this when I had already left the cult.
Originally posted by dj2beckerPsychological abuse often happens in power imbalance or controlling environments, like your cult for example. But it didn't happen in my school or university. I would just say so if it had happened.
If you disagree I take it you were psychologically abused at school and university and everyday at your job if you still work. You poor thing.

Originally posted by dj2beckerI remember something you claimed, yes. Were there abusers of children or of women among your cult's leadership? That's basically the information I am after.

Originally posted by dj2beckerIt can be. Very mild though in most cases compared to the systematic abuse you have described you were subjected to and which is corroborated by the testimony of others you cited.
Would you say bullying is a form of psychological abuse?
Originally posted by FMFSome of them were in leadership positions some children were abused some of the leaders did the abusing but not all the leaders were abusive and not all the children were abused. There are still people I know that live there that are very happy and leaders that I know who are very sincere.
