@Ghost-of-a-Duke

You have been reported for harassment.

I have indicated the threads at the center of your problem and asked the moderator to examine and advise if there is the need.

And you are from this point for me, on permeant total ignore.
Try as you will to aggravate, provoke and insult me and Christians whose influence I have enjoyed. Post what you want. I am not likely to read any more from you.
We're through.

Rus or the person responsible for the Forum has been notified to
examine the details you complained about.

That's fine sonship. It is your own behavior that has violated the terms of service with your endless unsourced cut and pastes, clearly evidenced in the thread concerned. Happy to leave it in the hands of the mods.

This is crap. Ghost and I are probably further apart philosophically than you and I Son, but all he has done is express what he believes is the truth.

Is this what it is all about, free speech is ok unless you don’t happen to like it. Just look at what the beast like political system is doing all around you, and you are emulating it.

Why dont youall just totally ignore his threads and let him be the only one posting, cutting and pasting his loads of rubbish. Sooner or later the mods will stop him. The man plays no chess and is here clogging up this forum, using it as his personal blog site.

Nobody is forbidding a poster from speaking.
If a poster accuses me of doing something wrong, I can:

1.) Ask the moderator to take a look and adjudicate.
2.) Notify that I am being harassed unnecessarily imo.

And that's what I did.
If you don't like it, that's tough.

The exchanges between yourself and Ghost of a Duke over this side topic of you cutting and pasting multiple posts, is for some readers, far far more interesting than the thread topic itself.

It’s your call of course, but why not consider offering an explanation of your posting strategy with regards to this “3 posts in a minute” tactic, and give the readers an insight into what you are doing and why you are doing it?

Just a polite suggestion.

@Velns

The posts with their contents and recorded timestamps I have asked the moderator/s to examine.

Sometimes I open up multiple windows of the same session. Maybe that effects
timestamps. I don't know. If I worked at it I might be able to do the same thing.

And my main targeted audience is not with those who are more interested in that issue. And there are people who think I cannot be honest about my recollection of writing those posts.

While I was a programmer once and it is interesting how this site's programming logic records timestamps, I am not going to go into Java Script internals or whatever other software being used to figure out those timestamps. In the industry we knew of the phenomenon of "mode confusion".

I am not saying that I know for certain 100% the interacting windows brought about "mode confusion" in the programming. Somehow the programming logic says - "You began this post at THIS time. And you began this other post at THIS time."

I programmed windows applications once with SAS / SCL (Screen Control Language). We called them GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces). And I would not expect such a mechanism to be flawless 100% of the time. These are complex interactions.

@sonship

"When You say, Seek My face, to You my heart says, our face, O Jehovah, will I seek." (Psa. 27:8)

Bad typo while I am hurrying along. This quotation should be

"When You say, Seek My face, to You my heart says, [Your] face, O Jehovah, will I seek." (Psa. 27:8)

That's what I get for copying verses mostly by hand rather than cut and pasting them.

Don't worry old chap. Timestamps simply work differently for sonship's posts. He didn't post 3 long messages in the space of a minute, there was some technical glitch. No copying and pasting involved.

Hi Sonship, I was hoping that a clearly sincere Christian such as yourself you would be a little more honest about what happened.

I’ve been in and out of this site and these forums for a dozen years and I’ve noticed you being quizzed over this same topic on several occasions I.e. you posting multiple comprehensive posts within an incredibly short time span. Other posters questioning the authenticity of these posts and accusing you of trying to bury disagreement with volume.

I have several friends who are either software engineers or work in computer application development; I asked a couple of them and both said that time-stamps of blogs, forums and social media sites are host server dependent, and would therefore be accurate as stated.

It’s a bit disappointing and a little sad I suppose, that you feel the need to talk about all this IT jargon as a smoke screen. Never mind then. Thanks anyway.

Hi Ghost of a Duke,
As I commented earlier in my remarks, this little alternation between sonship and yourself is in some ways more interesting than the thread topic itself.

The calm voice of fair reasoning no doubt.

I'm telling you, that was very impressive.
See you in another few months or years when you duck in and out to pronounce
your grandiose judgments.

Velns,

I noticed that you had some profound insights on the thread in the General Forum - How big is the average woman’s bum?

Better get back to that discussion. We know your judicious and balanced wise insights are much needed over there.
