Perhaps this will come as a surprise or shock to you.
Discussions which are " unpleasant " to me for a long period of time ... I tend to NOT read and NOT participate in.
Subsequently, you won't find me active in some prolonged unpleasant exchanges if I have other constructive exchanges I would rather spend my time on.
Would you like to offer some solid evidence that SURELY I must have known that poster Romans1009 has been banned?
There are a number of posters that if I look around they are scarce in participation. I don't always know why, or CARE.
Haven't seen a few posters in awhile. I don't know if they were banned. Let me list some of the posters that I notice are scarce.
Rajk999, Twhitehead, RJhinds, VoidSpirit, Romans1009, Grampy Bobby, Dasa to mention a few off the top of my head.
(I think I may have known Dasa was band from the Forum).
Do I know the particulars of their non-involvement all the time? No.
I hear rumors sometimes. I don't pay attention to rumors like this overmuch.
Do you want me to LIE to you and say that I knew all about the specifics of Romans1009's recent absence here?

You're right. What a waste of time for us to be talking too much about ourselves, when we could be talking about the glorious Son of God - Jesus Christ.
I'd like to get more people aborbed with the Lord Jesus.
We all need to look AWAY to Jesus.

No sonship, I can't link you to exactly where you did this. I can only tell you that I was repulsed at the time when you did this.

No, that is what you say I am claiming.
I claimed to have no knowledge of the banning incident whatsoever.
I wrote above that I was familiar with his style of being "combative". Now go back and read it and cut and paste it if you wish.
If you are saying I should not have said "WHATSOEVER" ... I disagree. That he was banned, that he spoke of child abuse, that it reminded you of something about some sacrilege done in a bottle, that the moderators possibly yanked his account and that THAT is the reason he posts here no longer --- I knew nothing about whatsoever.
I did know he could be combative.
And I recall wanting to send him a PM or possibly I did so.
About what, I cannot recall.
I try to be an EXAMPLE of posting for a Christian. I try. Sometimes I fail.
I try to lead by example. I don't think it is my responsibility to condemn specifically each Christian here whose posts don't come up to my standard.
And I sure don't think its my mandate to take aside and scold every Christian whose posts don't come up to YOUR standard.
None would or ever could anyway, probably.
