Yet everyone isn't able tp respond to the call. God created people as they are.
Jesus came to die for sinners to save us. He opened up God's grace, and mercy for who so ever will. He did not die for just a small handful, a select few hand picked by Him.
Jesus said when He is lifted up what happens?

So you are ignoring the implications of God intervening in human affairs?
That is ignorance.
Your Bible verses don't explain this away, and you should stop being God's lawyer.

You should pull your head out of your a$$, I acknowledge God's part in all of this, from hardening hearts to softening them. The part you play is choosing and God will do one of two things depending upon YOUR choices. Choose this day who you will serve!

6 It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God’s mercy.

That is right and if you understood what you quoted you be thankful for that too.
It means that if you are saved, it is not by human effort, but God's choice.
It also implies that if you are not saved, God decided not to save you.

was human effort NO ONE would make it. You are not saved by your efforts, you cannot
get to God by showing Him how bloody good you are, because you are not good, you and
the rest of us are sinners, and He is a Holy God. God has mercy on whom God will have
mercy, oh hard hearted one who does not care if everyone goes to Hell, oh hard hearted
one who calls Jesus names and makes very disparaging and derogatory statements all
about the Jesus Christ who had His flesh ripped off His body for His love for us, who had
a crown a thorns put on His head for His love for us, who was nailed to cross for His love
for us and you belittle Him.
I agree I am not saved by my efforts, by my desire, by my worth, I am not good enough
on any level NONE OF US ARE. His love for us makes us worthy, His shed blood cleans
us of our sins. Now the next time you drag His name through the mud again, I'd pull up
your little piece of information you did get right, God lets us in NOT your desires.

Better is to listen to what is actually in the Bible. God decides who he will love and who he hates before people are even born.
Or do you think Paul brought up Esau because he was a unique case?

Looking for reasons you can claim that your fate is not your fault.
This is Calvinism at its worst.
