@galveston75 saidNot quite the same, but it is possible to officially 'name a star' after a loved one. (I did it on-line for my grandparents a number of years ago as a Christmas present (while they were still alive).
So sorry for your loss. I lost my mom a little over two years ago and it still hurts every minute.
But I think your dad's name on that spacecraft is awesome. I would be honored to have my mom's name on something like that. Take care....
@divegeester saidYou should get out more. 😉
Finite, and with not a single blood-soaked, whore-ridden multi-headed beast anywhere.
Even if we don't currently have such a beast in the vicinity, it's early days for nanotech on Earth, and we are probably not the first sentients to sprout in the Cosmos.*
*Edit: But if we are, may Heaven help our younger siblings.
@sonship saidIsn't Biology a discipline entirely relevant to the concept of Intelligent Design? Or is Theology more relevant?
If Richard Dawkins a biologist can sell popular books on "The God Delusion" a philsopher with an astronomer can talk about "The Privileged Planet."
