I guess that's because you are too blind to see. I'll quote the exact words again.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.’[a]
The question here is not what he said, it's your interpretation of what he said that is in question. But go ahead, keep making a fool of yourself by claiming that your words are his.

You can either accept Jesus' explanation he gave to his chosen men, or you can reject Jesus' truth.

What did I say that makes you think I disagree with Paul?
Paul claims that God hardened Pharaoh's heart.
Here we have it in Exodus too.
Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet. 2 You are to say everything I command you, and your brother Aaron is to tell Pharaoh to let the Israelites go out of his country. 3 But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and though I multiply my signs and wonders in Egypt, 4 he will not listen to you.

You say that others harden their hearts and clearly God hardened Pharaoh's heart.
