Which doctrine do you feel is specifically taught by all churches but contradicts what Jesus taught?
You can make your own list of what churches preach v what Jesus preached.

Because he had no guts. 😞

You have a reference that explains that? That sounds like more church speak and unbiblical. The New Covenant is that through the blood of Christ, Christians now have a new life and a new arrangement where the sacrifice of animals is not required. Christ is there for remission of sins. Paul in Hebrews 9 and 10 explains in detail how this new arrangements ope ...[text shortened]... here remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, (Hebrews 10:26 KJV)[/i]
Its not all fun and games.

There might be a link. 😉
In tribute to the OP of this thread I will display an online disinhibition and declare that man in his perfect state is vegetarian, a shepherd of animals rather than a hunter. Meat eating was a concession made by God after the flood when he recognized mankind had become closer to the beast and no longer in his perfect i ...[text shortened]... is cool though, as Jesus himself promoted that). Oh, and need to give away all of their wealth.
But yes, it would be better to eat veggies and fruit as did Adam and Eve, but then there are other factors associated with the fall that effected the environment to take into account.
When God told Noah to eat meat it was for a reason. The original environment provided necessary nutrition, but now it doesn't. There are certain essential amino acids the body needs that only meat can provide.
But what do I know. I'm insane. lalalala 😉

Jesus is the truth. God revealed the truth to Peter. Jesus said blessed is Peter because God revealed to Peter who Christ was and that is that Jesus waa the Son of God.
Dead wrong! You see, what your problem is you don't understand what you're reading in the Bible.
I know this will be lost on you, but I'll say it anyway in the outside chance you'll read it and get it.
God did not reveal to Peter "who Christ was". What the Father revealed to Peter was that Jesus was the Christ, the messiah of Israel.
You screw a lot of the Bible up that way.

.. exactly as it was said
Jesus is the Son of God
God revealed it to Peter
Peter is a blessed disciple
Im cool with that. You add away and twist away.

Read the Gospel of John chapter 1 and Hebrews 1 and 2 for the answer!
Will you take the Gospel of John chapter 1 and Hebrews 1 and 2 exactly as they are said?

It is a little difficult to reconcile your stated disinterest in getting people to agree with you, with the vociferousness of your disagreement with them, about the teachings of Christ and the Apostles. But I'll take your testimony as to your disinterest to be what you say it is, since you do so little, if anything, to get people to actually agree with you. I guess you really don't care abut them or their fate.🙂

And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.
You said; "...God revealed to Peter who Christ was..."
In mark Jesus asked His disciples "whom say ye that I am".
You are dead wrong in saying God revealed to Peter who Christ was. That is not in the text.
The question Jesus asked was who am I? God revealed to Peter that Jesus was the Christ.
You are dead wrong, and you run off from your gross error when it's pointed out to you with your typical rhetoric of spiritual cowardice.
