The Vedas are pre- history because they are actually eternal teachings.
The Vedas originally are passed down from the beginning of mankind by the oral method, then they were written into Sanskrit 5000 years ago.
You will have to investigate your self of their origins, because anything I present to YOU will be rejected on whim by you........Iam certain.
I say this because you will find out more about Vedic origins by doing your own search and find.....than me posting up one page of info.
Why dont you do a search of language and you will see that Sanskrit is the oldest......but depends on what web site you you end up with as well........is wiki trust worthy.
