hmmm i used to date an English lady from Plymouth, we went into Cornwall once or twice, i never seen that but i had an English high tea with scones and clotted cream and visited Buckfast abbey, it was closed so i licked the visitor center window to try to get a taste of the place. I bought her a Korma. She had never tasted Korma before.

I hope the story has a happy ending. She quickly escaped from your clutches, right?

Actually she was a physically beautiful lady but our personalities were too different, the ending was sad, i still feel guilt over it to this day, i don’t like breaking ladies hearts.

Young people are far too eager Andrew, they make decisions based almost entirely on looks or emotion but i discovered quite early that no matter how good looking people are if there is no chemistry in personalities then its less than perfect.

Sure.

I'll just wait for Galveston to come home from work, cut the grass, finish decorating the spare room and whatever else he does while making his chess moves.

Deep in the early stages of this thread you and I were discussing the tree of life. You were explaining that it was a real tree with roots in the soil etc and I was disagreeing with you. I asked you a question along the lines of: if the tree was real then were was it now? As I remember you were hemming and hawing but landed on the opinion that the tree was destroyed with the garden of Eden in the Noah flood. Since then I've been asking you for some biblical evidence for this and you have apparently been too busy to reply. Perhaps you would care to now?
