If true.
Then true of any religion.

IF
I'm comparing Christianity to all religions, if it is no different, its no different. If it is
real than all else doesn't matter.

The honest just man shares the same fate as the thief and murder, the notion of
right and wrong disappear once we do from here. Its all the same without God
being who He is.
Yes. I know. We all die. And we won't be worried about right and wrong once we are dead. It's obviously important for you to think otherwise. C.S. Lewis' assertion is utter nonsense.

All religions ~ true or false ~ are important to the living in the same way as Christianity is.

According to your beliefs, they do share the same fate if they believe in Jesus ~ regardless of right or wrong.

Wrong, just believing even the devil does that, it isn't going to help Him. If Jesus
Christ is your Lord and Savior they will, because that implies Jesus Christ is
actually in their lives, turning them through sanctification into what He wants, so
that they will change accordingly from the inside out, as Jesus gives them a new
heart, a repentant heart, Born again.

Religions help people navigate their way through their lives. They are important in that sense, regardless of whether they are right. Christianity helps you navigate your way through your life. It is important to you. Your belief that it's true is important to you.

Do you claim to be "born again"?

I didn't deny they did, and I acknowledge other things help in this life too, but this
is where all of that ends. There is more to this life than living and dying, what comes
next last a lot longer than what happens here.

And this stuff about "what comes next" is all subjective conjecture by you, and there's nothing wrong with that. My views are subjective too. Both of us: subjective. Taking a stance on this question is a timeless and integral part of the human condition.

For C.S. Lewis to claim this is of "no importance" - or that its "importance" relies on whether it is "true" or not - makes him seem foolish and numb to the reality of religious belief and the significance it has in people's lives.

Like you said back in mid-October, "...anyone can claim to be 'born again'".

Why bother asking if you were going to reject what I said?

How did I "reject" it? I am pointing out your inconsistency, that's all. Back in October you pointedly declined to claim you were "born again" because you had clumsily boxed yourself into a corner of your own making when you'd declared that "anyone can claim to be 'born again'". I asked you if you did, and you deflected, and wriggled out of it and then went silent on the matter.
