And I say to you the every idle word which men shall speak, they will render an account concerning in the day of judgment.

For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned." (Matt. 12:36,37)

So when you stand before Christ don't you want Him to recall that you said something more like this?

" O Lord Jesus, Lord I realize I am a sinner. Lord Jesus I know I have sinned. But Lord I do love You. And I thank You that You did come to die upon the cross that I would be justified, redeemed, forgiven, and saved. Lord Jesus help my unbelief. Lord Jesus I have much doubt and even problems with Your word. But, O Lord Jesus, I thank You."

Jesus said even idle words, "every idle word" which men speak they will give an account of before God.

Isn't it much better that you had some and even many words of praise, thanksgiving, faith, and belief in the Son of God?

Even our SPEAKING in faith to the living God will empower us to live unto Him.

Paul said that the life that he lived in the flesh, he lived IN FAITH. He enjoyed the supply of grace by faith speaking, faith praising, and faith acknowledging the unseen God who lived in him.

" ... and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me." (See Gal. 2:20b)

Solomon, David, the Prophets DO NOT HAVE the words of eternal life.

You follow everyone but Jesus Christ.

Good to see a legalist "justified by law keeping" Judaizer refer to Col. 2:10.

Since you’re continuing to sin after claiming to be a follower of Christ, I guess you’ll be joining us. Maybe you can puff out your chest and strut around the lake of fire.

Your posts continue to lack the substance of what Jesus and the Apostles said about eternal life in the Kingdom of God. You have failed to graduate from Sunday School 'Jesus loves me' doctrine to the deeper truths contained in these teachings pertaining to who inherits the Kingdom of God and who does not.

You don’t read the Bible enough, tiger.

“Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:

But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:

That no flesh should glory in his presence.”

Repeating your error doesn’t make it go away, tiger.

Read your Bible.

God doesn’t like arrogant chest puffers. But Satan loves them - pride was Satan’s downfall and it’s been the downfall of many a man.

“Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.”

(Proverbs 16:18)

I read it. It says those who do not do good works are goats and will be cast out

Really? How many good works? One? 10? 100? 1,000? What qualifies as a good work? What about sinning? You said people can’t sin anymore after accepting Christ and yet you continue to sin on a daily basis. Your false doctrine is sending you to the lake of fire, champ. Those who claim to be righteous by the law (that’s you, champ) will be judged and condemned by the law.

Look at the OT patriarchs that came forward to God by calling on Him.

Abraham called out to God.

“…And there he built an altar to Jehovah and called upon the name of Jehovah” (Gen. 12:8).

Isaac must have learned from his father Abraham.
He too called on the name of God.

“And he [Isaac] built an altar there and called upon the name of Jehovah…”(Gen. 26:25).

Samson called out to God to draw close to God.

“And Samson called on Jehovah and said, O Lord Jehovah…”(Judges 16:28).

The godly priest and prophet Samuel called on God's name.

“And Samuel called to Jehovah…” (1 Sam. 12:18).

David did much "O Lord" calling, opening his whole being and calling out to God.

“I call upon Jehovah, who is worthy of praise; and from my enemies I was saved” (2 Sam. 22:4).

“In my distress I called upon Jehovah and called to my God…” (2 Sam. 22:7).

Elijah challenged the false prophets to call on their gods and he would call on the true God. We know who received results.

“Then call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of Jehovah, and the God who answers by fire, He will be God” (1 Kings 18:24).

Jeremiah the prophet called on Jehovah God.

Jeremiah “I called upon your name, O Jehovah…” (Lam. 3:55).

We can call "O Lord Jesus, Lord Jesus I CALL on You right now." to bring our being into the Spirit of God.

If when you hear people curse with the name of the Son of God and you cringe, you may be blessed that your conscience cannot take that. And to call Jesus Lord can only be done in the Holy Spirit.

In fact not man can say "Lord Jesus" except in the Holy Spirit. Be like the patriarchs of old and call upon the name of the Son of God.

"Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking in the Spirit of God says, Jesus is accursed;

and no one can say, Jesus is Lord! except in the Holy Spirit." (1 Cor. 12:3)

So why should the believer call on the Lord Jesus?

It is because the Lord Jesus is the One Who overcomes.
He has overcome the world.
To be infused by His Spirit empowers us to overcome in Him.

Crying out to the Father - "Abba Father" is also using the mouth to contact, fellowship, and be permeated with God's presence for strengthening and empowering.

If we do not know HOW to pray, if we do not know HOW to express the details of our need, we can always just call out to the Father - "Abba Father, Daddy, Papa ... God my Daddy" and the Spirit of God flows to empower us.

In calling to the Father the Holy Spirit bears witness with our regenerated spirit that we have an "organic" and "life" union with God.

" For you have not received a spirit of slavery bringing you into fear again, but you have received a spirit of sonship in which we cry, Abba Father!

The Spirit Himself witnesses with our spirit that we are children of God." (Rom. 8:15,16)

Calling "O Lord Jesus! and/or calling "Abba Father. Abba!" are both effective to come forward to touch the living Father and the indwelling Savior.

They are One.
Calling O Lord Jesus and having Him respond inwardly will guarantee that you sense no difference between Jesus and God.
