Also just use common sense man. Why would John the Baptist be out in the middle of a river if a sprinkling is all that was needed? Why not just do as some religions do now and have some false ceremony and just have a bowl with so called holy water and sprinkle it on his head? Don't you think that would have been easier doing that on shore somewhere then out in the deep water of the Jorden?
to believe he would cleanse all the people by water in the same manner
his father would as a Priest. He would also be helping God fulfill the
prophecy of God in Ezekiel about the sprinkling of his people with water.
John apparently felt he needed a lot of water to put on the people to
cleanse them good of all their filthy sins.

Assuming you meant 'neither have you read the bible'....
No, not all the way through. or even most of it.
But then I am not the one claiming it to be the divinely inspired words of my creator.
To me it's just another holy book.
What gets me though is the number of people who do believe who seem not to have read it.
I mean, If I believed in ...[text shortened]... ons do all make the same point, that's its not a peculiarity of that
particular version.

Just wondering if you have anymore scriptural proof about all the things you claim the JW's believe that is a false teaching? I'm bored....

Almost but there's always hope.... So hows about the baptism?
about dunking or immersion. Have you ever heard of Jews doing any
dunking or immersion of their people. Don't forget that John the Baptist
was Jewish and so was Jesus. Go to a Jewish synagogue and ask if they
ever immerse their people under water. (They might do it today, I am
not absolutely sure.)
P.S. There is no evidence that any Christian during the time of Christ
was totally immersed under water. This is only assumed.
