We wasn't sacked though... (apparently)
In fairness, he's a bit unlucky in that his style of team isn't entertaining (which I'm sure a Russian billionaire is looking for) and that the dynamic of the Premiership has changed this year, in that a lot of mid-table clubs will take a lot of points off the top 4.

Ever thought of following a decent side like ARSENAL......
Come on admit it your not a big club just an average side that will never compete with the big boys....

Hello Angry Boy, what a differance a month makes.
When will you ever learn, its the same every year.
-Another false dawn.
-Season over by the end of November.
-Imminent exit from the CL, thats unusual for Liverpool of late, maybe its becasue you actually tried to compete in the Pemiership this time and your squad can't cope.
Do you not remember from the 70's and 80's that the league is won over 9 months, thats why the best team usually wins it.
Where did it all go wrong, 1 win in 6?
Perhaps I was right and you did make a lucky start?
PS - Manure are going to win f' all this season. Too many show ponies (Ronaldo, Tevez, Nani, Anderson) and no shire horse.
Really?
Do you not rate Ronaldo, Tevez, Nani or Anderson?
No show ponies there, they have all produced.
Liverpool are a team containing show ponies like Babel and Pennant.
PPS - I thought you'd have learned your lesson after last season's "we're going to win the treble" bollox. Instead, here you are shooting your gob off again, setting yourself up for more ridicule. You just enjoy the attention don't you?
Really?
Manchester United, 6 wins in a row.
6 points from 2 CL games.
The treble has only been won once in English footballing history and you need some luck with injuries to win it.
I think United will definately win the league and have a reasonable chance in the FA Cup and Champions League.

Liverpool have won 3 and drawn 1 in the league, and the draw was due to one of the worst penalty decisions I've ever seen. They have completely bossed the game in each of the 4 matches, scoring 11 and conceding 2 (both penalties). They've won both their CL league matches with an aggregate acore of 5-0 and their 2 best players (Stevie G and Carra) have not even played for the last 2 matches (in which they've won both by an aggregate of 10-0). Oh, and they're top of the table despite having played a game less than most of the other sides in the division.
Yeah, looking back, I'd say we've been very lucky!
