Rough day for Choo in CF; he drops two balls to allow 3 Cardinal runs. Rougher day for the St. Louis bullpen; the Reds explode in the top of the 9th for 9 runs against them for a 13-4 win.

Cardinals then proceed to take the next two games from the Reds, inflicting a 10-0
beating on them today.

5-4 anyone want to bet the Mets finish above .500?

I have a shiny S/.50 note that says they will (can also be converted into $20).

This is nothing new. Since 2003, the Reds have a record in St. Louis of 3-23-2. What can you say, St. Louis dominates usually 100% of the time, but then, that does not mean they will win the division.

It would be an interesting idea for the World Series winner to play a series against the team that won the Japanese leagues.

They wouldn't be satisfied with that because the Dominicans weren't included.

Well the Reds are struggling once again. Cueto is out on the DL. I'm beginning to wonder if he will ever be right again after his injury last year. If not, then the team is toast.

(Shrug) Life of a Reds fan I suppose.

It's a totally legit criticism.

"World Series Champions"
"Major League Baseball Champions"

These make sense.

"World Champions" does not.

Same goes for the NBA.

So come on, put up a better team! If World champions is so hard to swallow, then do it!

NO sour grapes, it just isn't going to happen.

If Europe doesn't like the moniker, then Do IT!

So tired of this. The US has put up a soccer team. SO boring, left, right, left... zero to zero after 3 hours. Draw. Everybody go home lol.
