Any studies to show republican voters are typically uneducated?

I read something that researched the key battle ground states during this election. Typical republican voting bloc. Over half didn't even have a college education.

Lower education = voting republican?

That's because kids going to college get brain-washed by commie professors.

You should do a study on voting patterns and participation in the workforce.

The leftist influence really shows up in the Postgraduate category.

It is evident that the more education, the more likely a person is to vote Republican.

No education Dem +29%
High School Dem +11%
Some College Dem +4%
College Degree Even

Perhaps a large number of democratic voters would be poor black and latino people who haven't got the capital to send there kids to college? Or maybe immigrants?

You'd probably get a middle section being republicans and the lower wage earners and super-educated being democrats at a guess.

Any poor black or latino kid with the grades can attend college free. The problem with poor areas isn't the money for college, it is the brains and/or the desire to get an education. For most poor kids, school isn't a high priority.

As postgraduate is still considered education, then your claim that the more education a person has, the more likely a person is to vote Republican is just blatantly false, since, obviously, the more education, going to school for more years, is obviously in the Democratic column. You can't just eliminate one category because it doesn't jibe with you assertion. Although that does seem to be the Republican way.

But if we do it your way and eliminate Postgraduate, then we should also eliminate No High School and where does that leave us?

High School Dem +11%
Some College Dem +4%
College Degree Even

So your point that more education one has the more likely they are to vote Republican is still false. The fact is that if one completes college they are as likely to vote Republican as they are to vote Democratic. Unless they go on to further education and then the facts show clearly that they, the more intelligent students, are more likely to vote Democratic.

Overall the trend is still up for Republicans.

With no education +29%

Postgraduate +13%

More people are Democrats in general, but it is clear that education influences people to vote Republican.

All these numbers were too confusing for me, so I went and got one of my Democrat friends to read it for me. He told me not to worry about it and made me feel all better. Thank goodness for the all the smart Democrats that take such good care of me. I don't know what I'd do without them. I'm going to curl up with my firearms now and suck my thumb. Bye.

No education is only 3% of the poll, postgraduate is 18%. You do the math if you can.

Face it Cliff, the general trend is that increased educational level means more likely to vote Republican.

Can you prove that? No, the one poll that has been listed proves the opposite.

If you can't see the truth of the poll, then I'm afraid there's no arguing. Either you are willing/able to see the truth or you aren't.
