Yes, it is true that Biden can be considered a republican. Joe Manchin might be a republican. Pelosi might be a republican. In the 90's. The current era republican party has nothing in common with Reagan era republicans. Those republicans are extinct. Or better said, went to the Democrat Party disgusted of what the Tea Party turned the Republican party into.
