Not guilty in the same way as Trump was not guilty while he was a sitting president, dumbass. That is why all of his trials have started AFTER he left office. Biden can't be charged until then, either.
Am I seeing things? Someone responds not to your OP, but rather writes about Donald Trump, who has nothing to do with the OP? If I write about Biden's plagiarism or his lying about his college and law school class ratings, what would that person write back about, I wonder.....since we have seen no news about such lying by Donald Trump, past president?

Joe had some of his documents for 40 years. Why didn't they miss them?
Maybe Senate documents aren't as important as the ones presidents have.

The Disgusting Furor Over Biden’s Age by Paul Krugman, NYT's

When the news broke about the special counsel’s hit job — his snide, unwarranted, obviously politically motivated slurs about President Biden’s memory — I found myself thinking about my mother. What year did she die? It turned out that I didn’t know offhand; I knew that it was after I moved from Princeton to CUNY ...[text shortened]... e who’s piling on Biden right now, stop and look in the mirror. And ask yourself what you are doing.
I wonder if this Krugman feller will therefore vote to have Biden run our country for 4 years. Would he really vote for Biden?

Google says:
Joe Biden's documents included classified material about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and notebooks containing Biden's entries about national security. Sound important to me.

You asked why his documents weren't "missed" for "40 years". Biden wasn't Vice president 40 years ago.

Try to keep up with your own questions.

@vivify
Still shouldn't have had them.

So you agree he's been naughty.
Paul Krugman is a nobel laureate in economics. And yes, he will vote for Biden. Only a fool would vote for Trump.

Add to that, the pressure of an investigative interrogation can sometimes make a person's memory go blank.

His mind has been blank since 2017, that's when he started showing signs of dementia and his inner circle became worried about him.

Simple question. How did NARA find out Trump was in possession of classified documents? Answer: Trump gave them to NARA.

If Trump had intent to hide them why did he give them to NARA? NARA told the DOJ Trump gave them classified documents and the DOJ got the FBI involved. That is how it all started. Trump himself started the whole thing. He outed himself!

STOP SPREADING MISINFORMATION!
Just. Stop. Lying.

No he was found not guilty because unlike the serial criminal Trump he cooperated fully, handed the stuff back and submitted to an interrogation by DOJ .trump actively secreted documents to try to hang on to them, lied about having them and never submitted to interrogation, always the sign of the guilty
What is your source of information?

Trump returned some documents. He didn't return all. That was the problem.

NARA requested all documents be returned; Trump refused. Hence why he was criminally charged with "willful retention" of classified documents.
Had Trump not given NARA the classified documents in the first place NARA would not have known he had them.
Now for the third time, explain to me why he gave NARA documents he was trying to hide. Stop evading this question.

Biden wasn't found in guilty in court. Trump was.
Of course. What part of law-fare do you not understand?

You're just wrong, kiddo. NARA first informed Trump docs were missing not the other way around:

After NARA realized that documents from Trump’s presidency seemed to be missing from the material that it received as he left office, the agency requested the records from Trump
