Floyd's cause of death was a fentanyl overdose.
So it doesn't matter whether Chauvin's knee was on his neck for nine minutes or nine weeks, he didn't kill him.
If only Bare assed lies were permissible as evidence Chauvin could get back to killing big black guys for you.

Sometimes the same act can fall into multiple categories, and a jury has to decide which one(s) they fit in.

In the Floyd case, it could be murder because the victim clearly said "I can't breathe", yet the cop continued to press his knee into the Floyd's neck for several minutes...even though Floyd was on the floor, handcuffed, and clearly complying with the officer. So it ...[text shortened]... dn't intend to kill the victim, but was simply being malicious in a way that ended up killing Floyd.
Surely you’re accused of something?
You can’t be accused of everything, stuff it into Schroedinger’s box and wait for some moron to observe.

“ Yeah but as soon as I had them handcuffed and face down in the gutter I took a coffee break.”
There you go a flippant answer to a flippantly irrelevant red herring question.

you are all torn up about a drug abusing thief and no concern for the 7 year old child (among 27 other blacks) killed in chicago over the weekend. your façade is easy to see through.

No, autopsy doesn’t say George Floyd died of overdose

Two autopsy reports said the manner of George Floyd’s death was a homicide. Neither said the cause of his death was a fentanyl overdose.

some conservative commentators have recycled debunked claims that the autopsies said Floyd died of a drug overdose.

Trying to take the objective path here...

George Floyd had fentanyl and methamphetamines in his system, as well as the Sars-Cov-2 virus.

There's the shadow of doubt *if* the jury is looking for one.

Just make an unqualified guess then.
I mean, you do it on most other subjects too.
An unqualified guess is he'll be found guilty of manslaughter.

The wanton disregard for life.

Medical examiner who ruled George Floyd's death a homicide blames police pressure for his death
“ The autopsy report from Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office concludes the cause of death was "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression." That conclusion, death due to heart failure, differs from the one reached by an independent examiner hired by the Floyd family; that report listed the cause of death as "asphyxiation from sustained pressure."”
