@averagejoe1 saidNot really any of your business, is it?
How interesting it would be to see to what uses the $25M received by Floyd family will be put to.

@no1marauder saidI think it will be spent in a very positive way, either.

@no1marauder saidWell, he’s been found guilty of manslaughter. And second degree murder. And third degree murder.
An unqualified guess is he'll be found guilty of manslaughter.
Don’t get me wrong, that the man’s convicted looks to me pretty much correct, but how can one person be charged with three different accounts on the death of one person?
Surely it’s a case of “either” and not “and” ?
And whilst explaining that to me, what the hell is third degree murder anyway, if not manslaughter?
@shavixmir saidUsually when the USA does that with charges they run the sentences concurrently and use the most serious charge as the main sentence.

I agree with you but that's just how they do it.
The jury should have selected the most serious crime and removed the others IMHO
@mott-the-hoople saidNo I’m concerned about all of them, try to remember who the racist is.
you are all torn up about a drug abusing thief and no concern for the 7 year old child (among 27 other blacks) killed in chicago over the weekend. your façade is easy to see through.
But as a civilian it’s important to me that cops cannot execute people in broad daylight and get away with it.
I see justice was done 👍
@very-musty saidThey render verdicts on all three counts so that if one or more of the more serious convictions is overturned on appeal, the lower one(s) can still stand.
