For the purposes of State laws, I'd say "harmful to minors", as far as parents are concerned, should be limited to those actions that cause direct and immediate physical harm. Parents should have wide latitude in raising their children free from arbitrary interference from busybodies like yourself he think they know what is better for other people's children then their parents do.
