What are you referring to? What statement of his are you citing? What are you talking about? Told you to shut up in what way? Told you to get out of the way in what way? What were the words? What speech or incident is nagging at you? What are you satirizing? What perceived slight are you alluding to? What are you on about? Yes. We know. The net. It empowers you. get out of the way". This means what? It's not enough. Say what you mean. Say the words.
The question then begs, who are the folks that created this mess? I assume anyone who opposes his new health care plan.

Maybe he's cracking under the stress.
In his defense, I will say that the whole thing had a bit of a tongue-in-cheek feel. It was a campaign rally; not a state of the union.
Still, for a President to tell his political opponents to stop talking and to get out of the way...
