Then explain the discrepancy in the article? The majority of Jewish victims are reporting Muslim extremism from mass migration as the rise of anti Semitism, and Germany is sparing no expense to punish a 95 year old Nazi secretary with outlandish "eye catching" charges like accessory to murder 75 years ago - 10,000 counts!
Maybe you could explain the relevance of your almost two year old article to the issue at hand.

Try to avoid turning this into one of the innumerable Muslim bashing threads so prevalent on this Forum. I'm uninterested in dealing with more hate speech.

The investigations have been ongoing for 5 years. Thus an article written two years ago is hardly disqualified as "irrelevant" given the time scale. Anyhow, I've already explained the relevance... you're either too slow on the uptake or you're intentionally deflecting.

Last try. Germany is charging a 95 year old "Nazi" secretary with 10,000 count of accessory to murder that happened 75+ years ago ( which you seem to agree is excessive ) when there are supposed to be MANY active Neo- Nazi threats in the country they could be prosecuting...

In Summary:
Its a horse crap PR campaign...

What "worse people"? The commandant she worked for was convicted over 60 years ago and only got 9 years in prison. Is she to be punished now because she presumably didn't testify against him more than half a century ago?

If so, I do not find this a valid or just use of the criminal justice system.
She didn’t come forward at the time.

And I am in no position to judge the German prosecution.
That is theirs and up to them.

So what is your position? It seems like you don't think they should bother ( given the counter positions taken it your replies ), but aren't coming out and stating your stance directly.

Sorry, I didn't think your argument could possibly be that stupid.

Thanks for clarifying that it is.

Apparently you believe that there are no or few neo-Nazis operating in Germany and that any harassment of Jews or other minorities is done overwhelmingly by "Muslim extremists". And that because of this total lack of actual Nazis, local prosecutors decided to find a Nazi and all they could locate was a 95 year old who was a secretary in a concentration camp during WWII.

Do you expect me or anybody else to seriously debate such nonsense?

Even if she didn't, so what?

A) It was 63 years ago;

B) He was convicted anyway;

C) He was given an absurdly lenient sentence if he was actually complicit in those deaths;

So now her perhaps non-cooperation is considered grievous enough to bring murder charges against her?
