You specifically said libertarians a day after they had trump speak, now you're saying it was a reference to something no one remembers from two years ago? How were we supposed to know that?
No, Libertarians are not open-minded, they just like to think they are.

Open mindedness was not on display. A bunch of booing whiny babies IMO. Trump was pretty funny in the face of it. He says you should vote for me, only if you wanna win though, or you could just keep getting your 3% of the vote. He wasn't wrong.

Libertarians, even right wing ones, won't consider a Trump victory a "win".

Inviting Trump to speak this year was a result they've been building towards - all the while driving Libertarians like me and Nick Sarwark away.

They would prefer to not veer from the NIOF principle. Trump got needled and gave a little jab about the 3% results. If they're so inconsequential why did he even bother going?

There are probably some who might support Joe 'salute the marines' biden.

There are many staunch Libertarians among their number, and the party is there to stay much to the chagrin of the US control freaks and so called socialist libertarians.

Just take their ball and go home in a huff? Why not just accept the reality that only a Democrat or Republican will win, and join one of those parties and try to influence it? Trump offered that explicitly and got booed for it. Kudos to him for trying. Too bad they're a bunch of prima donnas.
