It is indeed internal politics, but if this is going on within each party to a conflict, then they are both more likely to adopt non-violent means to resolve the conflict.
What I'm saying is that you need to have the representatives of each party prepared to accept a peaceful solution, which you achieve by political means.
If you haven't got this, you ...[text shortened]... t option for conflict resolution. In such cases, no amount of negotiation etc etc will matter.

I am interested in how you propose it's elimination. The commies didn't have very good luck, and they killed hundreds of MILLIONS of human beings trying to purify the race by eliminating "greed" and "capitalism".
