Jeezus what a tard, it's right there:

"unalienable rights"

A right is the sovereignty to act without the permission of others, it doesn't mean others must provide you with roof or a blanket or a burger or the experimental gene therapy.
Wonder why we must get vaccines to attend school,
join the military, travel to certain countries..........
You're arguing semantics, I can only say that I surmise
you are happy with The Court ruling for some mysterious reason,
as it doesn't affect you, nor your fellow New Zealanders.

How is life an act?

The Supreme Court is allowing health care workers to get omicron and spread it to all of the people they come in contact with. Health care workers should have the option to get omicron and develop natural immunity. They will be less likely to spread it to others after they recover than the vaccinated.
Are you stupid?

That was a rhetorical question.

Of course you are.

You're the Dunn-Kruger Effect poster boy.

Life is an action, it requires you to do it. You have a right to life, this means that you have a right to live, it doesn't mean others must provide the means of living; food, clothing, shelter, a medical procedure.

A right is the sovereignty to act without the permission of others. Do you think you're only alive because the government grants you permission to live? Your right to live is precisely that, a right, an unalienable right if you like, all humans have it whether born in the US or North Korea.

Ironic that looking back through history the number one threat to that right has been Government itself, the very institution meant to protect rights has killed more people than smoking, drink driving, mass shooters, obesity, cancer or the wuflu. In sheer numbers nothing comes close to governments killing their own citizens. Not even factoring in wars.

The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.

How many millions of citizens have grown complacent and said it couldn't happen here, it couldn't happen to me.

There should be a warning on the packaging.

One rule for us elite judges another for you?
Pick any one of them or all three.

The right to life is a right.

You realise how tedious it is having to dumb this down enough for your consumption.
Still talking out of your bottom then.
The unvaccinated are multiple times more likely to end up in icu thus taking up precious resources from cancer patients etc.
Anywhere that has an element of social medical care has a duty to make sure those expensive resources are not wasted on easily remedied diseases. Anyone refusing the vaccine should be barred from covid treatment on the public purse.

Anyone that is over weight, unfit (you've had 2 years to get in shape) indulges in reckless activities like unprotected sex with strangers, or dangerous sports should all be banned from public health care too. Many cancers are bought on by lifestyle choices too so they can be banned from public health care as well. Finally we agree on something and while we're at it anyone being denied public health care should have that component removed from their tax burden too. If you want the seizure syrup you pay for the seizure syrup.

We have common ground, I like the way you think.

Perhaps if you could come up with an example of something as simple as taking a needle in the arm you might have a point but you clearly do not.
One way of solving some of the lifestyle choice illnesses that you mention is to tax those choices out of existence. As for unprotected sex does that include within marriage where there is no real way of knowing if one or either partner has strayed?
People taking part in dangerous sports should be required to take out medical insurance so any subsequent treatments can be carried out in the private sector at no cost to the public purse.
Covid is a public health disaster now, anyone selfish enough to not take the vaccine should be left in the gutter before taking anyone else’s place in a publicly funded icu bed or operating table.

No there are a number of vaccines, the catch is your a right wing moron, or a bare faced liar, it’s hard to tell from a distance. Possibly a heady combo of both.
