Governor or whatever the high ranked Republican who was trying to steal an election in exchange for a pardon. So he was the attorney general, somebody who you’d think would know a little bit about the constitution and how the SCOTUS works.
I know this is going to sound cynical, but filing a meritless lawsuit as a play for an outgoing Presidential pardon shows that he knows exactly how the Constitution works.

So it was a frivolous propaganda attempt to help Trump fleece more money from his idiotic base. You better not tell MB he still has hopes for Putins puppet in the White House.

Here is a statement from Guiliani:

“This is outrageous what they’re doing. The American people should have the benefit of hearing these facts…The facts have been kept from them.”

This statement contradicts yours as well as many other statements he has made. As far as I am aware, the ...[text shortened]... any evidence as you claimed. Until you can prove otherwise I will assume you made a false assertion.
Something like 50 lawsuits have been thrown out for lack of evidence by now. Guiliani has no evidence. He's phishing, hoping something will turn up if he keeps beating the bushes.

Here is a quote from him:

“Not a single court decision has had a hearing yet. They haven’t heard from a single witness.”

If they don't hear any witnesses how do they know there is no evidence? Witnesses are evidence. I think you are misinformed.

I supported Biden, but because of Biden and Trump, not because of the Democratic party, with whom I am thoroughly disenchanted.
Then it doesn't matter.

To get a hearing, you have to present something more substantial than a looney-tunes conspiracy theory. 50 judges know lack of evidence when they see it. 50 judges know unsubstantiated allegations when they see them. 50 judges know a looney-tunes conspiracy theory when they see it.

Here is an excerpt from the link below:

"Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), pointed out that the vast majority were rejected for procedural reasons, as opposed to merit-based or substantive-based rulings focused on the allegations of fraud."

I know what you would like to believe, but that is a myth perpetuated by angry democrats that are uninformed.

1. The 'fraudulent stolen election' myth is Trump's invention.

2. If many of the lawsuits were rejected for procedural reasons, it shows that Trump's legion of lawyers are incompetent amateurs. 'Just the best' Trump promised, remember? It demonstrates a culpable lack of judgment for a POTUS to keep on choosing losers to do his dirty work.

3. The Epoch Times, to which you linked, is a far-right international multi-language newspaper and media company, based in the United States, affiliated with the Falun Gong new religious movement founded in China. Since 2016, the Falun Gong-backed newspaper has used aggressive Facebook tactics and right-wing misinformation to create an anti-China, pro-Trump media empire. In short, they're junk news propagating Trump's myth-mongering lies. You keep strange bedfellows.

PS

The real enemy are not the Democrats. The real enemy is Putin. Putin has no interest in helping Trump per se to win an election, neither in 2020 nor in 2016. Putin's interest is to discredit, disrupt, and degrade the institutions of democracy in general. Trump is merely a useful dupe in Putin's long game. Putin evidently correctly sized up Trump as a foolish, childish, easily-manipulated man who would unwittingly cast a wrench into the works of American democracy -- and so it has indeed turned out. Trump is Putin's poodle, whether or not he knows it, and he doesn't.

No one should be in any doubt that the Russians have been and still are meddling in US politics with intent to cause long-term damage to the institutions of democracy, well past the term of any sitting president. Putin loathes democracy; he wants it to fail and is doing everything in his power to make it fail. It is likely the Russians are behind the recently discovered security breach:

https://edition.cnn.com/2020/12/16/politics/us-government-agencies-hack-uncertainty/index.html

That this happened on Trump's watch, is hardly a coincidence. It is extraordinarily alarming that Trump, a credulous idiot, believes Putin, contradicting the advice of US homeland security, the CIA and the FBI, when Putin (himself and ex-KGB operative) denies he is interfering in US politics. What a chump Trump is, quite out of his depth compared to Putin.
