BTW, Trump pleaded the 5th in today's deposition on the tax case. Unfortunately that is only a civil case, no jail when he gets convicted.
God only knows how many millions he will have to pay if convicted.
I think it will make the Trump Uni and the Trump 'charity' settlement look paltry.
That one was 25 MILLION. But his tax deal is going to break him if he loses.
He had a deal going for DECADES, if he wanted a loan, the collateral he wrote up was way UP valued, but for taxes, he way DOWN valued the same property and that was actually shown a few years ago on some talking head TV show, maybe Rachel, don't remember, maybe CNN.
And that is clearly true, or else he would have sued the hell out of the whistle blowers.

#1 How will the mugwumpers (middlins) react - will they try to rectify the wrong by using their vote?
#2 How will this event affect Dem/Repub people's desire to get out to vote?
My prediction is... I see the Repubs in the midterms getting a surge in their desire to vote, and the Dems get a bit quieter.
This affect may extend to 2024 as well, still too far away to start making those predictions but knowing Trump,
he'll never let the voting public forget about it over the next 2 years. Book that one.

Trump's crybaby act might play well to his nutty base and a LINO like yourself, but I seriously doubt it is going to move the needle toward Trump; most likely it will have the opposite effect. Him taking the 5th the day after the raid is a bookend that won't decrease most people's already existing opinion that he's a crook and a fraud.

Guess what, 4 people showed up nearby his house and there were WAY more media folks there than protesters so it clearly was not leading to the next civil war.
