Right wingers are mental cases on this site.
Not only do they seemingly not know what "a right" is, they also don't have the foggiest about the declaration, what it is or how binding it is or isn't.
It's like talking weather with bloody hamsters. Fukking morons, the lot of them.
Right wingers that is, not hamsters. I don't want to offend hamsters.

No wonder you're all lonely. Nobody wants to be anywhere near you. Fukking obnoxious cvnts.
"No. They come away with crap like: "What good is a right..."
Or... "can a right for someone be bad for someone else."
The questions were:
1/ What is a right?
2/ Can a person have a right that violates the right of another?
Now there's a 3rd question, and it arises from shag doody for brains statement:
"When all they do is promote a debunked theory of greed which tramples all over the rights of other people."
Of course there has been no 'theory of greed' either debunked nor promoted. Greed is merely excessive desire, but excessive as determined by who. No1 famously* (in the realms of RHP debates board) never denied, on the three occasions the topic was laid at his feet, that his barbie doll collection rumored to be several hundreds represented a greed for barbie dolls. So the question is, and as with the first two, that will surely go unanswered:
3/ Whose 'rights' are trampled by the greed of another? and how?
I doubt there's an answer coming, it's difficult when pseud boy can't even engage on the definition of what a right is other than his usual:
"Fukking obnoxious cvnts."
@wajoma said#3, whose rights are affected by the greed of another.

This stands out to me, as I often say 'what someone does or has has nothing to do with you".
Libs keep looking over the fence at successful (or whatever) people who just, frankly, make the libs mad for some reason. If I
were standing next to lib who spouts off about the guy on the other side of fence, I might look at him quizzically and say, 'hey, man, what is your problem'.....the guy has nothing to do with you'.
Libs cannot get there arms around this concept.
As to his reference to 'obnoxious c---s', I think the guy on the other side of the fence might regard the loser with disdainful surmise, looking upon him as obnoxious for not minding his own business.
Libs want to get into everyone else's business.

@shavixmir saidIt is really ironic for Shav to weigh in on homelessness, etc, when he lives in a place where (according to him) all housing is free....tht is, he says all have a right to housing. He doesn't qualify that statement. He does not say 'the right to buy or the right to rent'. It is a right, pure and simple.
Listen to the incels whining, sticking to their moronity like lice sticking to their mamma’s crotches.
So what an idiot to preach to us, who believe in self-preservation and independence, none of which appear in Nlands.....according to him..

Stop making things up. You’re leaking emotions like you momma leaks into het nappy.
@shavixmir saidDeny you said that housing is a right. "Everyone has a right to housing".
Housing is not free.
Stop making things up. You’re leaking emotions like you momma leaks into het nappy.
Your saying housing is not free is a dodge. Means nothing. We all know that. Why say it? Because I have you in a corner and you are trying to qulaify your remark.
This was about a year ago, I browbeat you about it, and you did not relent. You let your comment stand. That is when I realized the foul mouth flake that you are. Now, run along and cash your government check. Creey creepy.
Let's all re-name Shavixmir.

@shavixmir saidSo housing is not a 'right'.
Housing is not free.
Which is what you posted previously when asked 'What is a right?"

@shavixmir saidEveryone has a right to a Maserati. You're not saying anything.
Everyone does have a right to housing.

@shavixmir saidA house is not a right. A pile of bricks, roofing iron, plumbing and electrical wiring is not a right.
Yes it is.
I can’t be blamed for your incomprehension of something so simple.
Why don't you start at the beginning by defining what a 'right' is.
You could try thinking for yourself instead of copy/pasting a link or using naughty words, you've already proved your bravery in skirting the site moderators, we're all very impressed, but it grows old.
Edit: You're probably better off going back to the single emoji response, it's the least embarrassing for you.

Check the European declaration on human RIGHTS.
That’s binding; international treaty.
Does Average Joe have the right to bear arms?
Yes. Is it free? No.
Everyone has the right to live in decency with everything that entails. Which is also a dry, warm place to live in.
That you see so fukking obnoxiously stupid you can’t grasp this, is not anyone’s fault.
@shavixmir saidYou do see the difference don't you, for everyone else it's very obvious.

A pile of bricks cannot be a 'right'. But in the example you gave of Average Joe having the right to bear arms, you see the important phrase is 'to bear'. It's not Average Joe has a right to a gun in that others must provide a gun to him.
A 'right' is to act.
A 'right' is not a physical thing, it is not a gun, it's not 'a warm place', it's not a sheet of roofing iron, it's not a replacement hip or knee. A right is the sovereignty to act without the permission of others.
And in the UN declaration of human wrongs, they're very careful not to say that, they're much more careful with their language than the Pseud Known as Shag Doody for Brains. They are, as has been explained to you, not saying much of anything, in that the same thing can be said humans have a right to a Maserati. If they listed all the things you had a right to the thing will run to many thousands of pages. If they were to list all the things you have a right to, it would need to be revised every 5 minutes as new things are created.
Pseud Boy said:

And everyone has a right to live in indecency too. See how that works, see how you've said nothing.
I can't keep saying this, try to get back to the root of the word, what does it mean to have a 'right'. What will follow from that is you'll have an answer to question two which was:
"2/ Can a person have a right that violates the rights of others?

@wajoma saidNo. That is not how it works. You don’t have a right to live in indecency. That’s not noted in any treaties or international declarations.
