The police were overwhelmed at some of the entrances and didn't do more than tell the rioters not to enter. But that isn't "letting them in"; the rioters had already opened the doors and started streaming in. The video shows the capitol police letting them through the barricade.
You might want to watch the video before falsely claiming it doesn't show what it clearly shows.
